    • Define your brand fundamentals: In an interactive workshop, I work with you to uncover your brand's purpose, mission, vision, benefits, and target audience.

    • Nail your brand expression: I define and outline your written identity.

    • Set your brand goals: I devise your key performance metrics and measurement framework. 

    I then create a tailored brand guidebook that acts as a key reference for your whole organisation. 

    This collaborative programme includes a 45-minute initial kick-off meeting, a three-hour interactive workshop, and a 1-hour guidebook run-through.

    • Risk Mapping:  By deep-diving into your company’s operations, customer base, and category through internal discussion and extensive research, my risk map will outline the top critical reputational risks your brand may encounter 

    • Crisis Response Preparation: I develop a tailored crisis communications playbook that serves as a how-to guide for coordinating and communicating effectively during a crisis.

    • Crisis Team Training: I facilitate a tailored half-day workshop, either in person or online, with your core team members to help them stress-test their crisis response guidelines in a practical and immersive setting.

    I collaborate with subject matter advisors who can provide objective technical advice for various scenarios related to customer safety, cybersecurity, food safety, logistics, legal disputes, and human resources.
